In Soups and Stews, use leftover noodles in your favorite soups and stews. Just add prior to serving. Warm through. Enjoy!Directions:Stir-Fry or Saute9:1. Pour noodles into a bowl. 2. Cover with very hot tap water. Stir to separate. Soak noodles for 25-30 minutes. Do not over soak. 3. Drain noodles and cut into 5-6" pieces. 4. Stir-fry noodles with your favorite ingredients until firm yet tender (al dente) and heated through, about 4-6 minutes. Enjoy! As Pasta:1. Add noodles to 4 quarts salted boiling water. Stir to separate, boil until tender yet still firm (al dente), about 4-6 minutes. 2. Immediately drain cooked noodles. Quickly rinse under cold water and drain again. 3. Add your favorite sauce. Serve immediately.
