No need to pump the wand. Before the first use, wipe off any excess product on the rim of the tube. Start by applying mascara to the lower lashes, moving from base to tips. For the upper lashes, place the brush at the base and sweep through to the tips, coating the lashes from both over and underneath. Add additional coats for extra volume and intensity as desired.
