Suggested Use

Use short, light strokes to fill in sparse brows. Apply the powder onto the brow using an angled brush. Use a spooley brush to pull the color through. Use both shades to create an even finish that has natural highlights and lowlights. Apply the darker shade to areas that have little to no hair, and then the lighter shade over both the darker shade and the rest of the brows.
