Suggested Use

To use, pinch the flexible rim in half and guide the menstrual disc into the vaginal canal. Push it back and down towards the cervix as far as it will comfortably go. Then, use a finger to tuck the front of the rim up behind the pubic bone to secure it in place. To remove, hook a finger under the rim and pull straight out, keeping it level to prevent spills. Each disc is designed for a single use.
