Suggested Use

For best results, use once daily. Peel the strip from its backing and apply the gel side to the front of your teeth, aligning it with your gumline and folding the remainder behind your teeth. Wear the Professional Effects strips for 45 minutes and the Supreme Bright Boost strips for 60 minutes. After the specified time, remove and discard the strips.
