The shampoo cap can be gently warmed before use. To heat, place the cap in a microwave for no more than 15 seconds. Please note that microwave heating times can vary based on wattage.
After warming, position the shampoo cap comfortably on your head. If you have longer hair, gather it on top of your head before placing the cap. Massage your hair through the cap until it feels thoroughly saturated. This typically takes about 1-2 minutes for shorter hair and 2-3 minutes for longer hair. For hair with excessive tangles or foreign matter, a longer massage time or the use of an additional cap might be beneficial for complete cleaning.
Once finished, remove the shampoo cap and dispose of it properly. Towel dry your hair, comb it out, and style as you desire.
