Health Garden Coconut Sugar Bag, 1 ea

The key ingredient, and the only ingredient, in this naturally delicious and nutritious sweetener, is coconut. Specialty crops of coconut palms are cultivated and their bark and fruits yield a product that measures cup for cup like sugar, yet is low on the glycemic index. Coconut sugar has been used as a sweetener for centuries in various parts of the world, and is rapidly gaining popularity in North America. Due to its delicately sweet flavor, coconut sugar is a favorite substitute for brown sugar and is significantly rich in potassium, zinc, magnesium, iron and various other essential minerals, not found in brown sugar.
