Foam, rinse, and poof! How to #FOAMO: Hally makes it e-a-s-y. Pump up a good lather and apply Color Cloud all over dry hair. Relax for 30 mins, rinse, and voila! Precautions: Keep out of reach of children. Do not ingest. Not for use in dying eyelashes or eyebrows. For topical use only. In case of severe burning or irritation, stop use immediately and rinse with water. Follow instructions to complete a skin sensitivity test before coloring your hair.
