Suggested Use:

Apply Jaclyn Hill's primer to each lid using the attached applicator. Then use your finger or a small, dense synthetic brush to blend the sheer formula from the lash line up to the brow bone. JAC HACK This primer is a little bit of magic for an all-day look. Don't be shy - you can apply this primer to your lower lash line too if you're smoking out your under eye shadow.
